Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Entry Level Field Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for canvassing door-to-door, engaging with homeowners, and scheduling appointments with potential clients for solar consultations. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in sales and renewable energy while contributing to a greener future.
Duties
• Canvass designated neighborhoods, knocking on doors to inform homeowners about the benefits of
solar energy.
• Initiate conversations with potential clients to identify interest and qualify leads.
• Educate homeowners on the basics of solar energy and its financial and environmental benefits.
• Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar consultants.
• Track and document leads, appointments, and daily activities accurately.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the company.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize canvassing strategies and improve results.
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with door-to-door outreach and engaging with strangers.
• Motivated, self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of solar energy is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to canvassing locations.

Pay: Up to $104,620.00 per year
